To support our team at our European headquarters in Neu-Isenburg, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

Your role

The Rigaku Europe organization currently consists of approximately 100 people in Germany, the UK, France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional who supports the Rigaku Europe Human Resources Manager and wants to make a significant impact on a dynamic company. We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist  to join our team and support our business in driving strategic HR initiatives with the following main tasks:

  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process
  • Payroll preparation for the associated countries
  • Organisation and monitoring of time recording
  • Preparation of employment contracts, references, and other HR documents
  • Employee on- and offboarding
  • Advising management on HR issues
  • Support of employees in all personnel-related matters
  • Implementation of staff development measures
  • Administration of personnel files and data

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or completed studies with a focus on Human Resources
  • Professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a small or medium-sized enterprise
  • Sound knowledge of employment law
  • Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
