• Koordination von Abholungen und Lieferungen mit Spediteuren und Frachtführern
• Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren
• Überwachung von Sendungen sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
• Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Lager
• Unterstützung bei weiteren logistikbezogenen Aufgaben und Projekten

You will lead our warehouse and logistics team and ensure smooth and compliant movement of goods. In this role, you will work hands-on in day-to-day operations, take ownership, and continuously improve processes.

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Manage import, export, and customs processes efficiently and compliantly.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Keep both operational details and the bigger picture in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the team
• Preparing customs declarations as well as shipping and export documentation
• Managing import, export, repair, and warranty shipments
• Handling EU and non-EU shipments
• Conducting export control checks
• Continuously improving logistics processes
