Main responsibilities
- Reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports (IFRS)
- Reporting of consolidated financial reports and budgets of the subsidiaries to the Headquarter
- Preparing tax declarations for Permanent Establishments (in Europe) in accordance with tax auditors
- J-SOX coordination (supporting J-SOX audit on a yearly basis, preparing and collecting documents for internal auditor, creating and maintaining new policies)
- Support in fixed assets, general ledger, VAT declaration
- Support in AP/AR and bank accounting
- Cash management and booking of petty cash
- Posting and clearing of good receipt/invoice report
Your profile
- Vocational training or degree and minimum 6 years working experience in Accounting/Finance
- Advanced English language skills, other languages are very welcome
- Experience using SAP
- Self-motivated working style and excellent communication skills
- Value of teamwork and ability to work in an intercultural environment
- Experience with Japanese group company’s environment is beneficial
- Ideally first experience with J-SOX controls
