For our office in the Karlsruhe area we are looking for a Customer Success Expert (m/f/d) in full time.

Job description

You are part of our customer success team, which is the interface between our R&D and our customers with respect to all printing processes and applications. You are an expert for printing with our latest printer generation, the Quantum X platform, and as such you

  • demonstrate the outstanding precision and wide application possibilities of our printers to prospects in academia and industry.
  • execute print projects to convince our prospects of our technology and become a consultant for checking the feasibility of print projects.
  • train and support our customers via e-mail and remote sessions, either in our demo facility or at the customer site, enabling them to realize their microfabrication ideas with our printers.
  • transfer the latest technologies and processes internally as well as to our users.
  • create and optimize all product related content for our customer support, such as articles for our online help portal, structure library, software release information and training documents.
  • gather and document feedback from customers and field service staff to ever improve our product line and portfolio.  
  • administer the demo facility at our Headquarters 

This position includes occasional travel (15%), potentially worldwide 

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed master studies with strong technical or engineering background (like physics, engineering or life sciences), ideally PhD
  • You have strong laboratory experience in microfabrication with 3D printing 
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, especially in scientific language– knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • You are a skilled presenter and enjoy transferring knowledge
  • You have outstanding analytic problem solving skills and thrive for precise and complete technical documentation
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • A taste for graphic design and thrive for precise and complete technical documentation enables you to provide excellent help material for our users 
  • A sure instinct for intercultural communication is inherent to you
  • Your curiosity about scientific advances is insatiable
