In close cooperation with universities and research institutions, we continuously develop and improve our products.
FOGTEC operates on all seven continents and achieves an export share of 75%. Our owner-managed, medium-sized company has subsidiaries in Europe and Asia.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia as
Managing Director (m/f/d)
You will assume strategic and operational responsibility for establishing and managing the new company
Your Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing the new company in Saudi Arabia, including the development and implementation of business strategies
- Responsibility for business development, particularly the expansion into the Saudi market for fire protection solutions
- Leading and motivating a new, multicultural team on site
- Ensuring compliance with corporate goals, budgets, and timelines
- Close collaboration with management in Germany as well as with local partners and authorities
- Establishing and monitoring local value creation for FOGTEC products
- Responsibility for the company’s operational and financial performance
- Representing the new company externally, maintaining and expanding business relationships
Your Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of fire protection, plant engineering, or related technologies is a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial skills, strategic thinking, and experience in market development
- Experience in building and organizing sales teams
- Business-fluent German and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong intercultural competence and willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) for several years
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a team-oriented personality
