We are now looking for Service Technicians to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will regularly visit our clients’ retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Location: Amsterdam
- Area of operation – throughout the Netherlands, occasionally Belgium
Your tasks
- Maintenance & repairs — Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- Fault diagnosis — Independently identifying and resolving issues, including lighting, sanitary facilities and furniture/fittings
- Routine servicing — Carrying out regular checks to ensure store functionality
- Minor painting — Completing small painting and touch-up work in sales areas or changing rooms
- Customer support — Acting as the on-site contact person for our clients
- Digital documentation — Recording all work performed using our digital systems
Our requirements
- Completed trade apprenticeship
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of day-to-day practical work
- Friendly, helpful manner
- Strong practical skills across multiple areas
- Willingness to travel required; occasional overnight stays necessary
- Ability to work independently
- Category B driving licence (formerly Category 3)
- Good communication skills in English - helpful for internal communication and digital documentation
