Your Tasks
As a property manager (m/f/d), you make the lounge your personal favourite project. You are responsible for keeping the lounge clean and make it the perfect place for a break.
- Cleaning services in and around the lounge areas
- Carrying out quality checks
- Communicating with the group's purchasing department to procure products for the vending machines
- Refilling and cleaning the appliances in the property (coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.)
- Independent work scheduling
- Emergency service, including weekends
- Continuous availability

- Experience in building cleaning
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer focus
- Well-groomed appearance
- Hands-on mentality
- You value good service and are very service-oriented yourself
- You love order and property cleaning is your passion
