Working Student (m/f/d) Supply Chain & Procurement

From our headquarters in Cologne, we serve customers in the DACH region, Benelux, Poland and Sweden. 

We are looking for a proactive Working Student (m/f/d) Procurement to support our Procurement Team and gain hands-on experience in an international business environment.

• Maintain and manage supplier price lists
• Update and maintain minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lot sizes
• Maintain and update supplier lead times
• Monitor and update the purchase order backlogReview and process order confirmations and delivery notes
• Review and process shipping documentation for container shipments from China
• Track and update sea freight schedules, delivery dates, and freight costs

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Structured, reliable, and self-motivated way of working
• Strong numerical skills and excellent organizational abilities
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Very good English and good German language skills, as day-to-day communication is primarily conducted in English
