From our headquarters in Cologne, we serve customers in the DACH region, Benelux, Poland and Sweden.
We are looking for a proactive Working Student (m/f/d) Procurement to support our Procurement Team and gain hands-on experience in an international business environment.
What you can expect
- Maintain and manage supplier price lists
- Update and maintain minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lot sizes
- Maintain and update supplier lead times
- Monitor and update the purchase order backlogReview and process order confirmations and delivery notes
- Review and process shipping documentation for container shipments from China
- Track and update sea freight schedules, delivery dates, and freight costs
What you'll bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Structured, reliable, and self-motivated way of working
- Strong numerical skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Very good English and good German language skills, as day-to-day communication is primarily conducted in English
