Graphic Designer

 (Junior / Mid-Level) – Remote (Part-Time)

Do you want to help shape the visual identity of a fast-growing international company operating in the renewable energy industry?

At Segen, we're looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our European Marketing Team. You'll work on a wide variety of digital and print projects, collaborating with marketers across multiple European markets while helping us deliver a consistent, modern brand experience.

This is a remote, part-time position (5 days per week with flexible working hours).

• Design engaging social media graphics for multiple European markets.
• Create banners and promotional assets for our e-commerce platform.
• Design newsletter banners and email marketing materials.
• Prepare print materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogues and other marketing collateral.
• Create professional presentations for internal and external use.
• Ensure all creative work is aligned with our global brand guidelines.
• Bring fresh ideas and proactively suggest new creative concepts, layouts and design solutions.
• Work closely with the wider European marketing team on campaigns, product launches and events.

• Junior or Mid-Level experience in graphic design.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.
• Good written and spoken English is essential, as you'll be working with an international team.

• Experience creating simple animations or motion graphics.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software.
• Experience working with international brands or e-commerce businesses.
