Introduction  

SegenSolar has ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Our goal is to achieve these by acquiring new and dormant customers. We seek confident Account Managers to expand our reach into Poland and Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in identifying new European sales opportunities. Must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, accurately qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions and closing business. This role will be remote based with support from SegenSolar GmbH headquarters in Cologne, Germany.   

Core Duties

  • Process, qualify and develop New Business leads generated from our website. 

  • Engage and revitalize dormant accounts from our database (90 days+ since last order). 

  • Cold-call prospective solar businesses. 

  • Create accounts and enable customer access to our unique reseller portal platform.  

  • Successfully onboard new customers with training on the Reseller Portal and how to work with SegenSolar. 

  • Ensure Trading Applications are accurately completed and sent to Finance to complete account registration. 

  • Competitive selling of our products, solutions and services. 

  • Accurate data entry on the company CRM including company information, contact details and customer desires. 

  • Excellent internal communication with Technical Support, Order Processing and others involved in order fulfilment.  

  • Achieve pre-agreed targets and deadlines.  

  • Provide consistent market and product feedback to management. 

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Polish and professional level of English. Other Eastern European languages are a plus.  

  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills. Desire and ability to build relationships with clients. 

  • A positive attitude and desire to work in a sales environment. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. 

  • Competency with computers and Microsoft Office.  

  • Legal right to work in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available. 

  • Solid phone based sales is a must.  

  • PV solar experience with a book of installer contacts is highly desired.
