The Social Media Coordinator team is responsible for the cross-channel development of digital marketing strategies, the management of internationally relevant content, the maintenance of consistent brand communication, and the implementation of comprehensive communication measures.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the activities of the global digital teams related to their websites and social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in bridging the gaps between local teams and Operations, ensuring the smooth development and implementation of communication and marketing standards. You will support digital marketing projects, facilitating collaboration between internal and franchise partners to ensure consistent and high-quality services. Additionally, you will help coordinate workflows, foster mutual understanding through effective communication, and assist in implementing processes and maintaining quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in Creative and Strategic Brand Management: Assist in bridging creativity and strategy to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Assist in Developing Social Media and Communication Strategies: Help create and implement digital strategies for cross-media campaigns and support the management of digital projects for our top events and formats—from planning and execution to analysis.
  • Operational Support for Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of content, both textual and graphical, to meet operational needs.
  • Identify and Address Operational Challenges: Help identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in daily operations through data and process analysis.
  • Support in KPI Analyses and Reporting: Assist in the creation of KPI analyses and reports to measure performance.
  • Quality Control Assistance: Aid in ensuring high standards through quality control measures.
  • Workflow Optimization Support: Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in Product, Market, and Competition Analyses: Help create and evaluate analyses, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Liaison for Local Digital Teams: Act as the contact point for local digital teams to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Facilitate Communication Across Markets: Ensure constant communication flow between markets on website-related topics, including new developments, improvements, and planned activities.
  • Consult and Support Global Digital Teams: Provide support in implementing activities aimed at improving website performance, such as A/B testing.
  • Assist in Website Optimization Tool Rollout: Help with the rollout and activation of website optimization tools on local websites.
  • Ensure Compliance with Brand Guidelines: Support the maintenance of brand guidelines across all websites.
  • Coordinate and Maintain Design Guidelines: Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of design guidelines and manuals.
