For our Import/Export Team in Neu-Isenburg (near Frankfurt M.) we are looking for a Team Lead Import/Export (m/f/d)
Your tasks
The goal of this job is to ensure smooth, legally compliant, and efficient cross-border movement of goods, while supporting operational excellence within the warehouse team. In addition Striving for continuous improvement of the logistic processes to improve efficiency
Main areas of responsibilities:
Main areas of responsibilities:
- UZK-/ K&M-compliant (“Unionszollkodex”/”Konsulats- und Mustervorschriften”) preparation of shipping documents, including pro forma invoice, commercial invoice for daily business
- Categorization of goods, handling returns and creating export accompanying documens
- Handling of CARNET ATA shipments
- Processing export control requirements (via software)
- Managing repair and warranty shipments
- Archiving documents, as well as entering and maintaining data
- Acting as team lead for warehouse staff
Your profile
- Commercial training (e.g. Industriekaufmann/-frau, IHK or comparable qualification and experience)
- Experience in import and export processing for non-EU countries
- Solid knowledge and experience in customs handling
- Familiarity with letters of credit and export control is desirable
- Good commercial understanding of operational procedures
- Language skills – fluent spoken and written German and English are essential
- Category B driving licence
