- Manage projects in different project teams in an agile manner
- Take on project organization, controlling and budget planning
- Working with customers to analyze their requirements, develop the solution design as a team and create business cases
- Define necessary work packages, coordinate milestones and goals together with the specialist departments
- Plan, carry out and report on regular meetings
- Supporting all project phases, coordinating quality assurance measures and documenting them together with the team and customer
- Promote and maintain effective collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including external service providers, and keep an eye on the satisfaction of all parties involved
- Manage the implementation of proof of concepts
- Support the sales team with acquisition, customer care and offers
What we wish for...
If you already have at least 5 years of experience in managing customer projects in a complex and international environment and are a committed team player, then you have the best qualifications for us. It would also be nice if you...
- have an IT education (degree, vocational training or comparable practical knowledge)
- already have experience in working with contacts from middle and senior management
- are familiar with classic and agile project management methods
- can communicate confidently in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- have good moderation, presentation and negotiation techniques and knowledge of conflict management
- think and work analytically and systematically
- possibly already have knowledge of service management and ITIL
- have convincing communication skills and assertiveness.
