We advise our clients on corporate, stock corporation and capital market law, M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital, financing and tax law. Our clients include numerous listed companies, financial sponsors, start-ups and emerging companies.

We are grwoing and we are always looking for counsel (m/f/d), junior and senior associates (m/f/d) and trainee lawyers (m/f/d) in all our specialist areas: corporate/M&A, private equity, venture capital, stock corporation and capital markets law, finance and tax law.

• You have completed your legal exams with an significant above-average grade.

• Ideally, you have completed a doctorate and/or an LL.M.

• You have a strong understanding of economics.

• You are business fluent in German and English.

• You are a real team player, show a high level of initiative and work in a structured manner.
