About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies across key European markets, particularly focusing on the DACH, Benelux, Swedish, and Polish regions. This role involves hands-on expertise in marketing automation, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO to enhance online presence, optimize lead generation, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns through marketing automation platforms.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve target ROI and generate high-quality leads across DACH, Benelux, Sweden, Poland, and additional European markets.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Coordinate and implement updates and improvements to the e-commerce portal in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring optimal user experience, product visibility, and alignment with digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze, measure, and report performance across all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, proactively integrating new approaches to improve performance.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve clear KPIs relating to digital marketing effectiveness and business growth objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in marketing automation, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns independently, demonstrating significant results.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Google Analytics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and technical SEO.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse markets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages: Dutch, Swedish, Polish is advantageous.
  • Experience in renewable energy, technology, or similar industries is preferred but not essential.
