Sales Representative (f/m/d) for Sweden

SegenSolar has ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Our goal is to achieve these by acquiring new customers and renewing dormant relationships. We are seeking a confident sales hunter to expand our reach in Sweden. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in identifying new sales opportunities to achieve our ambitious sales revenue growth objectives. They must be self-motivated and driven to achieve KPI’s and be comfortable making multiple calls and/or visits per day, accurately qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions and closing business. This role will be based remotely with support from SegenSolar GmbH headquarters in Cologne, Germany.

What you'll do

  • Prospect daily using SegenSolar’s CRM, as well as cold-calling, emailing and meeting with new and existing customers
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Present and sell our products and services to installers, EPC’s and corporate customers
  • Negotiate, upsell and switch sell to win business over our competition
  • Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process and answer any questions they have about the product, the company and our services
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients, existing and new
  • Manage your customer portfolio, their order pipeline and ensure account retention and growth
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and sell accordingly
  • Expand relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that    meet their objectives and grow ultimately sales
  • Use strong research skills and deep product and industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product
  • Continuously achieve your own sales targets, sales-activity KPIs and time deadlines set by the head of sales
  • Diligent and timely customer meetings and call recording and use of our CRM
  • Provide customer training and product design demonstration on the reseller portal
  • Continuous development of own product and industry knowledge and selling skills
  • Extract and log competitor intelligence daily to aid the business with planning and positioning
  • Maintain regular customer contact, at least once per month
  • Liaise with Finance department to open new Trade Accounts
  • Provide feedback to head of sales to contribute towards continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Native or fluent in Swedish with a professional level of English.  
  • PV solar experience is required. A book of customers in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment is a big plus.
  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills. Desire and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A positive attitude and desire to work in a sales environment. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Legal right to work in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Must be able to work well in a Team and be able to work on own initiative
  • Full driving license
