You will become part of an exciting journey to contribute to Pagero´s worldwide expansion and will work exclusively on Health Care accounts. The territory for the role is Central Europe – with primary focus on Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Built and execute on a strategy addressing present global demand for AP/AR automation, eInvoicing compliance, End2End P2P and O2C solutions and Health Care Apps at large Health Care accounts, Hospitals (and Hospitals chains) and turn into satisfied Pagero customers.
  • Management and sales of complex healthcare market- and hospital specific applications and services to promote the optimisation of business processes for healthcare customers and suppliers.
  • Help business partners (Customers & Suppliers) in the healthcare sector to improve their supply chain and associated data quality of processed documents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from all parts of the commercial organization at Pagero to plan and execute your sales activities.
  • Identify large business opportunities by finding prospects in your regional market.
  • Lead and orchestrate Pagero’s resources during complex sales cycles.
  • Exceed annual business targets by selling into large net new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain a recurring continuous pipeline to achieve sales targets, through cold prospecting, referrals from Pagero’s Partner & Alliances organization with an ability to maintain own outbound prospecting activities on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • You will work in close collaboration with Pagero’s Partner & Alliances team and marketing to generated new opportunities
  • Creation of sales quotations and Master Subscription Agreement using our CRM.
  • Coordinate sales proposals and RFX responses alongside the Presales team.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Present and articulate Pagero’s business value on C-Level at your targeted large enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Be or become an Expert of E-invoicing compliance and related countries mandates and requirements.

Dein Profil

  • ou are a senior person, driven, ambitious and self-starting person with a proven track record in Global Enterprise Software Sales and managing complex Solution Sales Cycle. Ideally, in the areas of Financial Services, EDI and B2B Networks, e-invoicing, P2P/O2C Automation – and domain expertise in Health Care / Hospitals.

  • You must have >10 years of quota carrying experience in Enterprise Software Sales with large/global accounts and working together with strategic partners and alliances.
  • You approach your work in a structured manner, with autonomy and creativity. You understand the full picture, as well as dive deep into the details, using that knowledge to execute effective strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • You have knowledge about the Supply Chain Processes in Hospitals or healthcare logistics.
  • You are keen to understand new processes and to be able to develop and present the best solutions on this basis
  • You have experience in developing and managing long-term multi-stakeholder relationships with large accounts and customers.
  • You are passionate about the opportunity of growing a business and working in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • You are familiar with B2B networks and have an understanding of today’s eInvoicing / CTC compliance requirements in Europe and globally.

    Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of quota carrying experience in Enterprise Software Sales with large/global accounts and working together with strategic partners and alliances.
  • Proven track record of closing large global deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Understanding of economics with subscription based business model.
  • Communication with C-Level at various departments.
  • Value based selling approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Highly service minded

  • Fluent German and English skills (speaking and writing)
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes
  • Willing to travel to visit customers on site or attend trade fairs and professional events

    Additional Qualifications Of Interest

  • eInvoicing experiencing including project management or implementation experience
  • Extensive experience and personal network within related areas such as tax technology or technology & outsourcing (ERP, BPM, ECM, BPO, P2P/O2C etc.)
  • Accountancy, Tax or VAT experience.
  • Prior experience in selling ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc., Tax Technology solutions, Procurement Automation solutions etc. would be an added advantage.
Domain expertise of the healthcare and hospital market segment in the DACH region and relationship to purchasing groups and logistics providers.
