Social Media Coordinator (m/f/d)

Full-time / Permanent position / Location: (Hybrid)

• As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be part of the team working on the FEI's social media channels
• You will be liaising directly with our digital, production and editorial crew from the FEI Media House Team
• You will be reporting directly to the FEI Media House Social Media Lead
• You will have an excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
• You will assist with planning, preparing and maintaining a content plan taking into account sporting, business and corporate point of views across all day-to-day and event content
• You will assist with scheduling or publishing content while meeting our standards and FEI Brand Guidelines
• You will monitor industry trends and activity to identify opportunities for growth
• You will produce detailed and accurate monthly reporting and campaign reviews
• You will support the social media team remotely during events, including monitoring, uploading and distributing digital content across various platforms
• You will provide administrative and ad hoc support where required
• You will be highly creative, with a passion for all things digital and equestrian
• You will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• You will help create engaging and exciting digital content for a range of platforms
• You will help foster a positive and happy online environment through community management

• This is an entry-level position. Ideally, you will have studied Communications or Marketing (or similar) and have some previous experience in this area
• Equestrian passion and knowledge is a must
• Because you will be working in an international environment, excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English is mandatory
• You will have a positive attitude, be highly motivated and have impeccable attention to detail
• You should have an eagerness to learn about new innovations, platforms and software
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Knowledge of paid media and audience analysis is a bonus
• You should have basic to mid-level video editing skills
• You should have basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis
