Mission IT Support Specialist (all genders)

Monarch is seeking a Mission IT Support Specialist (all genders) to join our growing team.

Monarch is a well-funded security and information service provider based in Berlin, run by seasoned founders, intelligence experts and industry leaders. Each Mission, that’s how we call our projects, is a snowflake. Based on the requirements of the specific mission and the operational environment, pragmatic and working solutions are needed. You will solve real problems and enable highly skilled experts delivering their services to our clients by employing state of the art technologies and knowledge.

• Setting up Hard- and Software environments, mainly based on Microsoft cloud services
• Onboarding suppliers to our systems
• Training users in the environment

You will maintain the availability of the environment as well as Information security over the course of the mission by:

• Giving Level 1 and Level 2 support, backed by an experienced team.
• Implement necessary changes based on the team’s requirements.
• Be the first responder on incidents and support in remediation together with our IT security team.

You will wrap the IT side of a mission up, taking back all the equipment, backing up necessary data and make sure that all confidentiality requirements are met.

• You are willing and able to travel from time to time, including countries with currently issued travel warnings
• Ideally, you also have a security clearance, but alternatively you can get vetted when required
