Petroleum Coke Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, with location in Berlin, is currently under trust management of the Federal Network Agency.

We are responsible for the management and optimization of PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries as well as for the marketing and sales of mineral oil products.

Your tasks

  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy for the assigned product portfolio in both domestic (inland) and international (export/import) markets
  • Establish and maintain effective key account management practices
  • Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence across the entire value chain to support marketing and strategic planning
  • Monitor market supply-demand dynamics to ensure optimal price setting and maximize profitability
  • In close collaboration with the logistics department, oversee logistics operations across product channels to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct client prospecting activities
  • Lead the negotiation, conclusion, and execution of both term and spot contracts
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments including refineries, logistics, and others to ensure aligned business operations
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with RDG’s internal policies and corporate guidelines

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or trading, with a focus on Petcoke or other mineral oil products, particularly within the German and broader EU markets
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the German/EU Petcoke or mineral oil industry
  • Solid understanding of market drivers, including the value chain, competitive landscape, processing schemes, and industry dynamics
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel (up to 50% of working time)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
  • Proficient user of SAP and Microsoft Excel
