Sustainability Analyst (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, located in Berlin, is currently under trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).

We hold interests in three German refineries which account for 12% of total processing capacity in the Federal Republic of Germany. We are responsible for the marketing, supply and transportation of mineral oil and renewable energy products throughout Central Europe.

Your tasks

  • Perform sustainability reporting activities, including supplier performance tracking, Proof of Sustainability (PoS) eligibility, sustainability obligations and GHG-related forecasting for German and export markets
  • Ensure the implementation and ongoing compliance with the European Union Database (UDB)
  • Manage sustainability back-office processes, including SAP contract administration, invoicing, supplier and customer performance monitoring, partner onboarding, KYC processes and IT-related change requests
  • Support the continuous ISCC certification of RDG and re-certification activities, in close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Monitor regulatory developments and create overviews of relevant mandates and developments 
  • Maintain standardized templates, reporting tools and trackers to ensure data consistency and process efficiency
  • Support the management and validation of Proofs of Sustainability (PoS) for biofuels and main fuels suppliers, including bio-balancing activities for depots

Your profile

  • Experience in an analyst role with a focus on reporting, monitoring market developments and laws
  • Degree in engineering / sciences / economics / business or related field
  • Solid analytical and reporting skills, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business Fluency in German and English
