Your Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful contribution to our growing company. You'll work alongside experienced developers, have the chance to grow your skills, and contribute to developing scalable and secure software solutions.
As a Junior Engineer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, learning to develop and maintain high-quality software applications that enhance our business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves problem-solving, is excited to work in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow both personally and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for learning and staying curious about new technologies and trends.
  • Experience or knowledge in programming languages like Java or Python.
  • A understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWSAzureGCP) and containerization tools like Docker (bonus points if you've experimented with them!).
  • An interest in secure coding practices and a desire to learn about information security.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a love for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Good communication skills and the willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
  • A desire to work in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly – you’re adaptable and open to change.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and APIs is a plus.
  • An interest in learning about DevOps and automated testing would be great.
  • If you speak German and English, that’s a bonus!
  • Any previous experience or internships in tech or fintech would be helpful but not required.
Personal Attributes:
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • You thrive in a team environment, supporting your colleagues and learning from them.
  • You enjoy solving problems and tackling challenges head-on.
  • You're comfortable with taking on new tasks, even outside of your immediate role, to help the team achieve its goals.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and want to grow in your career.
If you’re excited to take the next step in your software engineering journey, and you want to work in a company that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!
