HR Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Essential duties
    • Advise managers on various human resources issues
    • Continuous improvement of employee satisfaction
    • Improving/managing the recruitment and onboarding process
    • Improvement/control of talent management and performance management processes
    • Management of compensation management
    • Development and implementation of processes to achieve business objectives
    • Coordination of PE staffing and bugdeting
    • Optimisation of HR processes and procedures
    • Annual strategic goal setting for the area of responsibility
    • Co-operation with the works council in all individual and collective
    • and collective bargaining issues
    • Drafting of company agreements
    • Effective design and management of HR-related administrative processes
    • Participation in HR initiatives and Europe-wide projects
  • Overall responsibility
    • Supervising payroll accounting and managing external service providers
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the HR department
  • Daily work tasks
    • Supporting management and staff in all HR-related matters
    • Close cooperation with colleagues in the European and global HR network

Your qualifications

  • Education
    • University degree with focus on HR or comparable professional training with additional qualification and several years of relevant experience in the field of human resources
  •  Work experience
    • Several years of working in a human resources department with responsibility for the supervision of employees
    • Support of managers or alternatively/supplementary own management experience
  • Skills and special qualifications
    • Sound knowledge of labour and social security law
    • Good knowledge of project management
    • Proven customer orientation, proactive thinking and goal orientation
    • Experience in recruitment and application processes
    • ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • excellent knowledge of intercultural management
    • Team player with experience in global matrix organisational structures; willingness and ability to travel
    • Communication & conversation skills
    • Good knowledge of relevant IT tools, e.g. MS Office
    • Reliable and obliging appearance
    • High degree of empathy for employees at all hierarchical levels of the company
    • Hand’s on mentality a must

Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for all HR-related issues at the locations in Friedberg/Augsburg. He/she supervises and advises managers, is responsible for the introduction and implementation of HR processes and proactively promotes employee satisfaction. In addition, the HR Manager is an active part in the HR EMEA team.
