To strengthen our HR-Department in our operational Europe Headquarter in Düsseldorf:
As part of your work, you will support our HR Team and get to know the multi-layered tasks and requirements of HR Management in an international company. You can apply knowledge you have already learned as well as gain new knowledge.
Your tasks
- Support in selected areas of day-to-day business (also and especially in English)
- Administration and maintenance of personnel data
- Preparation of employer's references
- Support of time management
- Taking on responsibility for specific areas of work
- Collaboration in projects
- Supporting the HR Team by researching, evaluating, and creating presentations
Your profile
- Currently enrolled full-time student (Business Administration, Japanese Studies, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage, but not necessary
- Confident handling of MS-Office
What we offer
- 10 - 15 hours per week; distribution of hours by arrangement
- 13 € hourly wage
- A professional on-the-job training
- A modern office and office equipment in a good location
- Participation in a variety of social and sports events (B2Run, Düsseldorf am Ruder, etc.)
