Product Manager (m/f/x/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategic evolution of our enterprise AI platform. Our platform empowers application teams to run multi-tenant AI workloads on-premises while remaining fully cloud-portable, providing everything they need to build and operate AI-powered products.

• Own the platform roadmap, prioritizing features across multiple application teams, sequencing capabilities strategically, as well as making and communicating out-of-scope decisions.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams, ensuring outcomes meet application team needs.
• Act as the primary interface for application teams, capturing requests, distinguishing platform-level patterns, and clearly communicating boundaries between platform and application-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the research team on what our platform should explore — agentic memory, evaluation frameworks, more sophisticated multi-agent coordination patterns, and how it positions relative to the fast-moving landscape of AI infrastructure platforms.
• Lead quality and release processes, defining “done” criteria, overseeing end-user testing, and communicating releases effectively to stakeholders.
• Track the enterprise AI platform landscape, benchmarking capabilities, identifying gaps, and ensuring our product stays competitive.
• Communicate and align with architecture and engineering leads, Technical Project Managers, and leadership to maintain clarity in ownership, dependencies, and prioritization.

Education, Required Skills, and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
• Proven track record of product management experience owning platform or infrastructure products, not just customer-facing applications.
• Hands-on experience owning and managing a product backlog for engineering team, including writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and drive sprint execution
• Ability to translate application-specific requirements into generalizable platform capabilities.
• Ability to read a technical design or user story and form a product opinion on it.
• Familiarity with cloud-native concepts: containers, APIs, authentication flows, multi-tenancy
• Understanding of AI application architecture: agents, LLMs, tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration — at the concept level.
• Enough security and data governance literacy to engage with tenancy, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with AI/agentic frameworks (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, LangChain/LangGraph, Bedrock, or equivalent).
• Exceptional stakeholder management: communicating with engineers, architects, applied science, and leadership in ways appropriate to each audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
