RESPONSIBILITIES
Our company is looking for multiple Sales Representatives to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
- Generating Leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records via our CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Multi-year track record in sales with excellent understanding of the sales process and dynamics is appreciated but also newcomers are welcome! Training will be provided.
Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills and an interest in working within the dairy industry and with dairy farmers. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. In-depth knowledge of the dairy or animal care industry is a plus.
Characteristics: You love sales and are committed to excellent customer service. You have superb interpersonal skills and you can listen to customers and find the right argument and solutions for them. You love travelling and are are always looking for opportunities. You love networking and am enthusiastic about working in an interdisciplinary and international company.
