BIOGEST® is an international manufacturer of biomethane and biogas plants with headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, the UK and the USA. With a team of more than 80+ highly qualified employees, we have already realised over 180+ biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide and thus contribute to climate protection.

• The development of biogas plant projects, from initial feasibility assessments, to securing financing and overseeing construction milestones
• Managing the timeline and budget for the project
• Manage the permitting process, ensuring all necessary environmental, safety, and planning approvals are secured in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external team members.
• Addressing and resolving issues arising during the project development process
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including permits, contracts, and agreements
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, landowners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals in renewable energy
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field
• Experience in financial modelling, budget analysis, and project feasibility assessments
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Ability in working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Negotiation, business, and strategic view
• High level of motivation, positive attitude, team-oriented
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgeting, and scheduling
• German/French/Italian knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of biogas production processes/feedstock management,
