BIOGEST® is an international manufacturer of biomethane and biogas plants with headquarters in Austria and branches in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Great Britain and the USA. With a team of 80 highly qualified employees, we have already completed over 180 biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide. Our end-to-end supply chain aims to ensure efficient plant operation.
This role requires a detail-oriented Assistant Manager, proactive and highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Your Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
• Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings
• Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
Documentation and Information Management:
• Create, maintain, and update documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Communication and Liaison:
• Serve as a point of contact between the management team and internal/external stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of Board/Shareholder Meetings.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Special Projects:
• Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by the management team.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.

Your Background
Education
• Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• Previous experience in supporting senior management or executites is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (in German-C2 and English)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
