Your Responsibilities

In close collaboration with the senior manager, you are responsible

Ongoing accounting
Processing of incoming invoices and reminders
Creation and processing of outgoing invoices
Accounting control of employee expenses
Payments and processing of transactions
Reporting and registeringthe WIP according to US GAAP percentage of completion method
Collaboration in the creation of various commercial statistics and evaluations (Reports)

Your profile

Completed financial training
Work experience is desirable
Excellent understanding of accounting regulations and procedures, including the IFRS
Basic knowledge of VAT principles and International Financial Reporting Standards
Practical mindset and hands-on attitude
Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
MS Office Skills with advanced experience in MS Excel (knowledge of Quickbooks and ERP Dynamics is an advantage)
Teamwork and trustworthiness
Very good language skills in English, other language skills are considered an advantage
