Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) - Serbia

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems within our anaerobic biogas plant. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge renewable energy projects and make a meaningful impact on environmental sustainability.

Your Responsibilities:

In close collaboration with your Team Members, you are responsible for:

Design and Develop: Electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
Requirements and Layouts: Provide hardware/software requirements, and prepare wiring diagrams and installation layouts.
Installation Supervision: Lead subcontractors and oversee equipment installation.
Commissioning and Support: Participate in commissioning checks and troubleshoot issues.
Maintenance and Quality: Conduct inspections, perform maintenance, and ensure compliance.
Material Specification: Specify electrical materials and prepare bills of quantities.
Improvement and Collaboration: Research for improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Background:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or relevant experience in electrical, mechatronic engineering.
Proven experience in electrical design, engineering, and project management, preferably in the renewable energy or power generation industry.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP) and PLC programming.
Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, electrical codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI programming, and industrial automation is a plus.
Professional engineering certification (PE, P.Eng) is desirable.
Good knowledge of English
