To support our team at our European headquarters, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Working Student / Werkstudent (m/f/d).

Your Role

We are looking for a high-class working student / Werkstudent to work together with our enthusiastic and driven team to support customers, foster innovation, educate users, and establish Rigaku as a trusted and reliable provider of advanced scientific instruments and solutions.

You will -

  • Collect first experiences working in industry.
  • Deal with X-ray metrology for characterization and quality control.
  • Look into different markets.
  • Do research for market landscape.
  • Evaluate customer needs in the field of research & development and industrial production.

Your Profile

  • Student in the Master's program for Materials Science, Mineralogy, Solid State Physics, Solid State Chemistry or similar.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English.
  • Knowledge of complementary analytical methods would be good. 
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
  • Work permit for Germany.
