To support our sales team, we are looking for another Sales Administrator for our European Headquarters in Neu-Isenburg (near Frankfurt M.).
Your responsibilities
- Managing the order fulfillment process from customer PO to revenue recognition
- Coordination and execution of orders between customer, sales team and Rigaku production facilities in Japan, USA and Europe as a main duty
- Maintenance of data in the CRM and ERP system
- Managing of third-party offers orders including terms & conditions check
- Coordination of order fulfillment with service, application and logistics department
- Support of the sales team in creating offers and public tender support
- Data analysis and support for sales via distributors or direct sales
- Participation in special projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial education
- Several years of professional experience in inside sales including, order processing in an international environment
- Experience in the area of public tenders advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and Word), proficient use of ERP and CRM
- Fluent in German / English, written and spoken, French desirable
- Independent, self-motivating, structured, and reliable way of working
- High flexibility and resilience, initiative, communication skills, team spirit, and hands-on mentality
