Your role

We are seeking a Director of Rigaku Semiconductor Metrology Division (RSMD) (m/f/d) at Rigaku Europe SE for our sales and service organization in Neu-Isenburg, supporting semiconductor customers in the EMEA market region. The role requires strategic and conceptual thinking as well as the willingness to make necessary decision to drive the growing business needs. Optimizing business processes requires good technical and business knowledge within the Metrology Business and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team.

Main Tasks:

  • Full responsibility for the success of RSMD in EMEA
  • Driving success of distribution network and create direct sales force
  • Expanding business with existing accounts as well as acquiring of new customers
  • Negotiation of framework-contracts as well as building a personal relationship with key customers on a C-level
  • Strategically developing the business and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue in the semiconductor market
  • Analyzing of markets and identifying and addressing of business potentials
  • Working in an international environment, communication with R&D and Manufacturing in Japan, Europe and US
  • Good interaction with local and World wide service Team
  • Direct reporting line to the headquarter in Japan and Europe
  • Managing, developing, and expansion of a  local team

Your profile

  • Long-term experience in the semiconductor industry with documented success
  • Technical or commercial university degree
  • Extensive leadership and sales experience from a position on a similar level in an international environment
  • Good knowledge in the field of Metrology systems for the industry
  • Entrepreneurial sales-personality with conceptual strength
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Trustworthy person living in the DACH-region, or willingness to relocate
