Your Role

You will lead our warehouse and logistics team and ensure smooth and compliant movement of goods. In this role, you will work hands-on in day-to-day operations, take ownership, and continuously improve processes.

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Lead your team through example and active involvement.
  • Manage import, export, and customs processes efficiently and compliantly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Keep both operational details and the bigger picture in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the team
  • Preparing customs declarations as well as shipping and export documentation
  • Managing import, export, repair, and warranty shipments
  • Handling EU and non-EU shipments
  • Conducting export control checks
  • Continuously improving logistics processes

    What You Bring

    You are a proactive professional who takes ownership, engages people, and actively contributes to the development of our logistics function.

    Must-have

    • Experience in import, export, and customs processes
    • Hands-on experience preparing customs declarations
    • Experience leading or coordinating teams
    • Hands-on mindset and strong sense of responsibility
    • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

    Nice-to-have

    • Vocational training or a degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field
    • Knowledge of export control regulations or letters of credit
    • Experience handling CARNET ATA shipments
    • Category B driving licence
