Rigaku is seeking Regional Channel Partner Manager (m/f/d). The ideal candidate will currently reside in a European country.
Your Role
- Manage and foster our existing distribution network in order to archive premium returns
- Effectively support our distributors in their efforts on the sale of Rigaku products
- Communicate the value of Rigaku instruments and technology to our distributors and customers
- Support distribution sales people in the sales process down to joint customer visits
- Routinely meeting distributors and events in distribution countries
- Hosting prospective customer visits to Rigaku Application Laboratory - in collaboration with Distributors. Demonstrations will be supported by applications specialist
- Computer skills are required; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs as well as the Salesforce.com CRM
- Self-motivated desire to work in an international team where we support each other
- An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are desired
Your Qualifications
- Preferably experienced with analytical X-ray technologies
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, preparation and presentation skills
- Sales experience preferred; B2B, public tenders
- Scientific degree preferred but not essential, degree in material science
- Travel of 50% or more of the time is required within the territory on a consistent basis in addition to domestic travel outside of territory for trade shows, conferences, sales meetings, and hosting customer visits to headquarters in Germany
