Your role

Are you looking to take the next step in your career? This role is also ideal for beginners with a few years of experience who are eager to grow and make an impact. We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager for Poland to implement our sales strategy and achieve our sales goals and revenues. In this key position, you will plan and carry out all sales activities in the assigned accounts or areas in Poland. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the quality of product and service delivery. This role reports directly to the Managing Director Poland. 

These are the key responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses
  • Presentation and sale of our products and services
  • Participation in trade fairs and events for customer acquisition
  • Customer data maintenance in Salesforce
  • Close cooperation with the marketing and product development team

Your profile

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.  

This what you ideally bring:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High self-motivation and goal orientation
  • Team player and flexibility
  • Polish native speaker, good command of English, both written and spoken
