You will report directly to the Country Manager. In this role, you will collaborate across departments such as Project Management, Product Management, Marketing, Finance & Controlling, Legal, Service, Application Management, and Sales Excellence to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and high-quality service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies and channel-to-market plans
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations and contracts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and align solutions with client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Service
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales forecasts and reports

Your Profile

  • Energetic and result-driven commercial professional with technical knowledge of the food equipment and solutions industry
  • 5+ years of experience with equipment and solutions, preferably for food applications
  • Strategic and opportunistic mindset with a strong sense for identifying and seizing market opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build credibility with colleagues, customers, and partners
  • Solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical, or Food Technology
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
