About you…
Are you a French speaking, ambitious sales person, who is interested in digital marketing, and ready to take the next progressive step in your sales career within a fast-moving company?
You need to be motivated to achieve and exceed your individual targets and work as part of a team whose collective aim is to build one of the most successful performance marketing networks in the France.
Working with the French team, based in London, this role involves a great deal of proactive outgoing new business sales activity, either via email, phone calls, networking or face to face meetings and targeting prospects across all verticals.

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious, motivated Business Development Executive, focused on the French market, to take us into the next phase of our growth.
About the role…
You will prospect, sell and create new relationships with potential new advertisers and agencies in the French market.
Build and close a monthly pipeline of new clients.
Sell the benefits of Webgains’ affiliate marketing program to tier 1 and tier 2 clients as well as SMEs.
Reach and exceed sales targets and monthly KPIs.
Build proposals, pitches and presentations in line with customer requirements and Webgains strategy.
Attend industry events to build a strong network of contacts with our partners.
Effectively present the company’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace.
Contribute ideas to help the efficiency of the team and the company.
Role Requirements…
Bilingual in French and English.
Ideally experience of the digital marketing space.
Experience in a fast-moving sales environment including phone and face to face pitches.
Commercial acumen with knowledge of the sales process.
A strong track record of driving new business and results oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills and an ability to source and close new business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
