Your tasks / your job
· Alignment with management and product manager team to meet the company strategy
· Responsibility (ownership) for a specific product:
o Roadmap planning
o Collection and prioritization of requirements from customers and sales
o Creation of typical user workflows aligned with development team
o Discussion of requirement details with development and UX teams
o Regular review of prototypes and solutions with development team
o Positioning and Pricing for software modules and packages
o Preparation of release and marketing content as well as sales material
· Continuous competition review
· Update and training of sales team on the latest developments
· Close cooperation with applications team for use cases and marketing execution plans
Transform new ideas and market trends into a user friendly and powerful software as a Product manager.
You are responsible for the roadmap for a specific software product or module. You will closely cooperate with development and UX to create new functionality from conception via prototype development and release up to product maintenance.
A strong customer focus and team spirit is key in this position.

Our requirements
- Master in the field of Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biophysics
- Experience in microscopy, especially in fluorescence microscopy and/or Electron microscopy
- Good Knowledge in Image Analysis
- At least basic knowledge using image analysis software for microscopy images
- Sense of product ownership and strong commitment to achieve good results aligned with company goals
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a strong team spirit
- Ability to motivate your colleagues, sales teams and customers
