Acutronic’s Simulation & Test Division is the global market leader in the development, design, and manufacture of Inertial Guidance Test Systems and Hardware-In-The-Loop motion simulators. These high-precision motion simulators are used in the aerospace, defense, automotive, and consumer electronics industries to test and calibrate inertial sensors (e.g., gyroscopes and accelerometers that measure movement); Inertial Navigation Systems; stabilized electro-optics; Electronic Stability Control systems; and the in-flight engagement scenarios of missiles. Systems include single- and multi-axis rate tables, Flight Motion Simulators, and Target Motion Simulators. The Division’s U.S.–based team also develops and refurbishes stabilized or gimbaled-platforms utilized in applications such as tracking mounts, gun turrets, and directed-energy systems.

Engineer System Integration (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Interdisciplinary responsibility and activity for system integrations in the areas of electrical engineering, control engineering, mechanics and measurement technology
  • System integrations in-house and at the customer's site (incl. installations)
  • Preparation and execution of customer acceptance tests in-house and at the customer's site
  • Conduct Customer training
  • Implementation of Refurbishments
  • Preparation of system documentation
  • Support of the service team in complex activities

Your profile

  • You hold a degree (Bachelor, FH or equivalent) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (advantageous with specialization in the field of drive / system technology)
  • Knowledge in control and drive engineering is beneficial
  • You convince by high independence and flexibility
  • Travel (approx. 50-60 %) to our customers worldwide are a welcome change for you, furthermore you have a valid driver's license
  • You have a very good command of German and English, French or any other foreign language is an advantage
  • You are a team player, communicative and enjoy daily contact with our international clientele
  • CH or EU citizen
