PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR part time afternoon 20-25 hours/week (m/f/x)

Your responsibilites

  • Worldwide request, monitoring, and control of delivery times
  • Scheduling and ordering
  • Management of requests and offers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the availability of required materials
  • Invoice control and invoice posting
  • General administrative activities within procurement
  • Creating statistics
  • Maintenance and administration of data
  • Complaint handling

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience as a procurement administrator
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of an ERP system would be an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
