• Grounds Maintenance: You will be responsible for the professional maintenance of our outdoor facilities, both at the office location and at our rental properties.
• Landscaping: You will maintain flower beds and plant areas, water, fertilize, and remove weeds.
• Lawn and Tree Care: You mow lawns and trim hedges, bushes, and small trees.
• Surface Cleaning: You clean paved areas, sidewalks, and driveways and keep them clean and tidy.
• Winter Service: You will be responsible for clearing snow and ice during the cold season.
• Operating Equipment: You use simple gardening tools safely and correctly.
• Minor Repairs: Ideally, you will carry out minor repairs or improvements to the exterior of the property yourself.
• Inspection and Reporting: You identify defects, damage, or contamination at an early stage and report them.

• Working Style: You work independently, reliably, and enjoy helping out.
• Enjoyment of Gardening: You enjoy working outdoors and maintaining green spaces.
• Expertise: You have basic knowledge of working with plants and gardening and landscaping.
• Technical Skills: You are technically skilled and confident in carrying out minor repairs.
• Equipment Safety: You handle lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and other equipment safely and responsibly.
• Resilience: You are physically fit and weatherproof, and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Safety Awareness: You always work responsibly and with safety in mind.
• Driver's License: You have a Class B driver's license, ideally also a Class BE license.
• Basic knowledge of German: You understand simple instructions in German and can communicate within a team.
