PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

Around 80 employees from different nations and disciplines work together at our three locations in Stuhr near Bremen. Our corporate culture is characterized by precision, team spirit, short decision-making processes, and open collaboration.

• Taking responsibility for project management throughout all phases of the project, including leading and coordinating the project team
• Creating project plans and monitoring internal project activities
• Ensuring project objectives are met through quality, schedule, and cost monitoring, supported by internal project-specific training measures
• Identifying customer requirements and developing the project framework
• Preparing project calculations and cost planning
• Driving the implementation phase by organizing and managing the flow of information, coordinating schedules, alignments, and related activities
• Conducting regular meetings and reporting on project progress

• A strong sense of responsibility for project management throughout all project phases
• Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in technical coordination with engineers as well as project-specific communication with customers
• A team- and customer-oriented approach and the ability to ensure effective collaboration between all project stakeholders
• Agility and open-mindedness
• Ideally, experience in the aerospace industry
• Good German and English language skills
