Investment Banking Intern (Berlin)

We are seeking to hire an Investment Banking Intern for our Berlin office for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2026.

• Assist with the execution of transactions, including M&A and Corporate Finance
• Analysis of business models and business plans
• Identification and analysis of peer groups
• Preparation of comparable company and comparable transaction valuation analysis
• Assisting with the preparation of Information Memoranda and other marketing materials

• You are a top performing student in the final phase of your studies, preferably focused on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Previous internships in Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking, Consulting, Auditing, Controlling, Finance are an advantage but not essential
• Strong analytical skills, high level of motivation and commitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent command of written and spoken German and English
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum length of internship: 3 months
