As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Contract Manufacturing in Printed Electronics, you play a key role at FLEXOO. You turn existing market demand into successful, long-term manufacturing partnerships and act as one of the company’s main commercial representatives in Europe and North America.

• Identify and prioritize companies that already outsource printed electronics manufacturing in Europe and North America
• Build trust with procurement, supply chain, and quality stakeholders, plus engineering influencers when relevant
• Run discovery, define the customer value case, and move opportunities into RFQs and supplier onboarding
• Drive the commercial process until purchase order, then support the transition into production for repeat business
• Decide early where we can win within the required timeline and margin guardrails
• Maintain clean pipeline management and fact based forecasting in the CRM

Must have

• Strong network and proven trust based access to decision makers in printed electronics outsourcing in Europe and or North America
• Track record in B2B sales of manufacturing services. Examples include printed electronics, flexible electronics, sensors, EMS, or engineered production services
• Ability to close complex opportunities and convert them into recurring revenue
• Understanding of supply chain, supplier onboarding, and quality requirements in an ISO 9001 environment
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and willingness to travel up to 50 percent, occasionally more
