Mandatory Internship Social Media & Content Creation (m/f/d)

As of August 15, 2026, we are looking for a Social Media & Content Intern (m/f/d) 
 

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in content creation, storytelling, and day-to-day social media work.

Please note: This internship is only open to students who are currently enrolled at a university and required to complete a mandatory internship as part of their degree, lasting at least four months.

• Spot the latest social media trends and turn them into engaging Reels, Stories, posts and other creative content that connects with our audience
• Shape content shoots — in front of or behind the camera
• Develop varied content formats, e.g. on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, that excite our community
• Optimize our accounts for maximum visibility and reach
• Actively manage our community and become part of exciting campaigns
• Analyze KPIs and learn how to derive strategic decisions from them
• Bring your own ideas to our content strategy and brand communication—we're looking for someone who wants to contribute, not just execute tasks
• Work closely with our marketing, communications and e-commerce teams to create synergies

• You work proactively and independently—you recognize what needs to be done and take ownership.
• You are passionate about social media, content strategy and brand communication.
• You know your way around Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
• You are creative, enjoy storytelling and love bringing new ideas to life.
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
• You have experience with video editing and tools such as Figma, CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are eager to learn about paid social advertising and support campaign execution.
• You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• You are fluent in German (minimum B2) and have a good command of English.
