Your key qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, chemistry, clinical medicine, biotechnology or similar fields
- Approx. 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in project management or monitoring of studies, ideally in the diagnostics industry, and knowledge of applicable standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English and German [min. Level B2 for German])
- Well organized and independent way of working with the ability to solve complex problems
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international, max. 20%)
- Passion to collaborate and build meaningful relationships
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Designing feasibility and performance studies for in-vitro diagnostics
- Preparation and execution of studies including oversight of timelines, budget and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as report compilation
- Preparation and submission of study dossiers to competent authorities and ethics commissions
- Coordination of interdisciplinary study teams incl. study-specific training
- Stakeholder communication and management
- Presentation of study results in workshops and publications
