We as PlantaCorp help our business partners to conquer the global supplement market with both our contract manufacturing and white labelling services. To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

Logistics and Export Specialist (f/m/d)

Full-time, 40 hours

• shipping processing nationally, EEA and third countries after approval by QM
• creation and processing of all export-relevant documents and certificates (e.g. invoices, customs documents, certificates of origin, A.TR)
• creation of individual supplier declarations (ELE) and long-term supplier declarations (LLE)
• logistics processing and transport organization (land and air freight)
• creation of export documents or declarations (ATLAS)
• clarification of all customs matters and preparation of customs procedural documents
• communication with customers regarding shipping processing
• daily Use of standard web portals for the Custom processes and logistics companies
• initiation of de-escalation measures in the event of problems with shipping
• daily reporting of shipping activities
• other tasks and projects according to management
• creation of control of KPIs and follow up
• submit of any documentation to the corresponding authorities
• assistance with any audit exercises to the different government bodies or client needs
• Ccntact person for customs authorities
• communication with customers, suppliers and service providers

• completed training or completed studies in the field of logistics, export or similar
• knowledge of logistics and export processes in general
• knowledge and control of Incoterms and shipping conditions to the different markets.
• knowledge of supplier declarations/preferential origin status
• very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
