To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:
Head of Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Certification Compliance
Full-time, 40 hours (f/m/d)
Tasks:
- Head of Food Safety, Gegulatory Affairs and Certification Compliance.
- responsibility for compliance with and further development of all food safety requirements, measures and documentation in accordance with the ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP and BIO standards.
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements (national, EU, FDA)
- carrying out internal audits and accompanying external audits
- training of employees about infection control, HACCP, BIO standard and basics of ISO 22000
- management of NC and CAPA programs
- organisation and control of chemical, physical, and microbiological intermediate/finished product inspections
- preparation of test reports of our food supplements
- processing and evaluation of customer complaints
Required qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of food technology, food science, food engineering or food chemistry
- very good knowledge of German and English
- At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management in the food industry.
- knowledge of industry-relevant norms and standards such as HACCP, ISO, organic or halal, including audit safety as well as legal requirements
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and pro-business oriented.

- Ability to work in a team and a proactive, communicative personality
