To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

Lab technician / QA Analyst (f/m/d)

Part-/ Fulltime, 32/40 hours

• Perform chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate and end products
• Maintain hygiene conditions in the laboratory and ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines throughout the plant (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Monitoring GMP on the production floor through GMP and pre operational inspections
• Processing internal non-conformities and customer complaints
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Preparing, planning and carrying out MHD analyses and stability tests
• Carrying out root cause analyses, initiating corrective measures and checking their effectiveness
• Coordination and responsibility for the evaluation, assessment and documentation of the results in accordance with our QM system
• Monitoring of test equipment
• Responsibility for the proper maintenance and care of all laboratory equipment
• Preparation of trend analyses

• Education as laboratory technician, chemical technician or comparable qualification in the field of natural sciences (food technology, biotechnology, pharma technology)
• Experience in carrying out microbiological analyses, ideally in food processing company
• Knowledge of common microbiological analysis methods and the corresponding equipment and instruments
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines and other relevant regulations in the food industry
• HACCP knowledge and experience in conducting internal audits would be an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, reliability, and solid work ethic
• Good communication skills in English and preferably also in German
• general PC skills (MS Windows, Office)
